Cranberry Relish

A light, fresh, fruity taste, completely different from canned cranberry sauce.
Delightful on the holiday table!

  • 1 pound raw cranberries, rinsed
  • 1 large apple, unpeeled, cored and cut into 12-16 sections
  • 1 large orange, unpeeled, cut into sections
  • 1 large lemon, unpeeled, cut into sections
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar

Put first four ingredients into grinder or food processor.
Process until you have the desired consistency.
Add sugar and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate.
Will keep for 2 weeks in the fridge. Also freezes well.

I use organic oranges and lemons, as the peel can hold toxic farm chemicals.
