Easy Potato Hotdish

So yummy!



  • 1 bag frozen cubed potatoes (or about one pound peeled and cubed fresh)
  • 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1/2 cup 1% milk
  • grated cheese for topping (cheddar, colby, or velveeta works fine)



Preheat oven to 350 to 375 degrees.
Put non-stick spray on your casserole pan and cover for
easier clean-up.

Combine all ingredients. Adjust amount of potatoes to
your consistency preference.

Season to taste. Recommended spices: garlic, onion, rosemary,
sage, pepper.

Put the cover on the casserole and place in the oven, with a
pan or foil underneath as it can boil over and it's a mess to clean up!

Bake for 90 minutes. Uncover for the last 15 minutes, and put sliced
or grated cheese on top.
