A fruit salsa that was the hit of the potluck Originally from the Wedge Co-op 4 Roma tomatoes, diced 2 mangoes, peeled and cut into chunks 5 strawberries, stemmed and quartered 1 jalapeno pepper, diced 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 5 cloves garlic, pressed or minced 2 Tab red onion, chopped 2 Tab fresh cilantro, chopped The juice of half an orange cumin to taste (I used 1/2 tsp) salt to taste (I used 1/4 tsp) Made by Judy S. for the February 2000 potluck.
